Day 1 (Thursday) 

5.30AM: departure from Phnom Penh

8AM: arrival to the Sre Ambel canyon

8.30AM: arrival at C4 camp location, breakfast, briefing

9AM: camp installation

11AM: lunch

2PM: activities

5PM: camp fire and dinner preparations

6PM: dinner. 

Day 2 (Friday) 

from 7AM to 9AM: breakfast.

9AM: day trek in the Koh Kong valley

12PM: lunch on trail

4PM: arrival at C4 camp

5PM: camp fire and dinner preparations

6PM: dinner. 

Day 3 (Saturday) 

from 7AM to 9AM: breakfast.

9AM: camp uninstallation and activities

12PM: lunch

2PM: departure to Phnom Penh.

5PM: arrival in Phnom Penh.

Recommended gear list:

• 1 backpack (40L maximum)
• 2 dry bags (15 to 20L)
• 1 trekking shoes or sport shoes
• 1 metal flask
• 1 meal kit (plate, mug, cutlery set)
• 1 pair of pants
• 1 long sleeve tee-shirt
• 1 light jacket
• 1 pair of socks
• 3L of water
• 1 extra trousers + 1 shirt (to wear at the camp)
• 1 underwear set
• 1 flash light with extra battery,
• 1 knife

• 2 to 3m of thin rope
