C4 Stockroom products policy

The C4 products covered by warranty are warranted to the original owner against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the indicated time of the product receipt. This warranty applies to all C4 products purchased with C4 Stockroom. If your product covered by the mentioned warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair it without charge (excluding shipping fees outside Cambodia), or replace it, at our discretion. Only original, unaltered and unmodified items and workmanship are covered. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty may be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
The products eligible for the lifetime warranty are covered to the original owner, for the lifetime of the product, not mean your lifetime.
For warranty evaluation, your product must be returned directly to C4 Adventures main office. Please contact our team for more information.
All shipping to Warranty must be pre-paid and insured. C4 will not be liable for lost in-bound packages.
Our policy requires that products accepted for repair be clean. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary or product may be returned to you if it cannot be adequately cleaned.

C4 Stockroom stands behind the quality of everything we sell and hope you’re satisfied with your gear. Our products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship with the indicated on receipt guarantee.
If you’re unsatisfied with products you purchased, you can return your item(s) as follows:
Items purchased online or in at C4 office can be returned online or at C4 office within 29 days of purchase.
You must have an original receipt or packing slip to complete your return.
Items must be unused and unwashed.
Custom products are final and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, changes or alterations.
Note that items purchased at a 3rd party or re-seller must be returned at those locations and are subject to their return policy.
Returns are credited back to the original form of payment. If the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will refund the purchase only if the authorized cardholder is present with the same credit card. If the authorized cardholder and/or original card are not present, we will issue a credit.
Returns without the original receipt, packing slip or exchange receipt can only receive a merchandise exchange at the lowest selling price of the item(s), and only at the discretion of store management.
