Booking policy

Public tours

All tours are filled on first-come-first-served basis. Tour departures are only confirmed once a minimum of 6 bookings is reached. Cancelled departures will be fully refunded or participants can ask to be transfered to next public tour departure.

Once booked, tours are not refundable without C4 cancellation insurance which allows you to be refunded until 48h before departure for public tours, 72h before departure for private tours.

Adventurers are responsible for the rented equipment. In case of damage or loss, each item will be billed accordingly.

Tour official program may be affected by weather and traffic conditions.

The tour is only booked once C4's trekking registration form is filled by participant(s) and full payment is received (total in USD of the selected package via bank transfer, cash or check).

Online reservations & purchases

In the case of a reservation or other purchase, a bank transfer is required in order to be completed. During this process, we may generate and collect certain personally-identifiable information, such as name, name of the credit card holder, credit card billing address, credit card number, credit card security code, credit card expiration date, customer’s shipping address, phone number, and email address. These informations will complete your reservation and/or purchase that you make.  Information we retain may be used to promote our services, and also to provide marketing and promotional content that may interest you, including our email and print newsletters.

Health Insurance

C4 strongly recommends to all participants to have subscribed to health insurance before attending any of our tour or services and to inform the subscribed health insurance company or agent about the selected tour or service.

Voluntary Health Information

C4 will ask for your physical condition, health insurance details and outdoor experience to insurance a maximum of safety at all times.

For certain tours, activities, or other purposes, we request health-related information (such as medical conditions that may require the special attention of our employees during trips). You are not required to provide health information, but it may impact your ability to participate in a requested activity. You may also have the opportunity to provide dietary information or other preferences in connection with certain tours or activities if you choose to do so. We use this information so that we can be aware of issues that may arise during your trip (e.g. health issues that may require special care), offer you certain dietary items, or otherwise work to accommodate your needs.
