Day 1
Essential Survival Skills

9:30 AM: Pick-up at your hotel in Phnom Penh

10:30 AM: Arrival on Silk Island for a comprehensive tour briefing and survival equipment review

11:00 AM: Lunch with the C4 team

12:00 PM: Departure to the C4 instruction site to learn how to stay safe, create shelter, manage fire, and source and purify water

5:30 PM: Sunset dinner and overnight stay at the camp
Day 2
Camp Management and Fishing Techniques

7:00 AM: Breakfast

8:00 AM: Instruction on camp management and resource protection

9:00 AM: Food procurement instruction, focusing on fishing

12:00 PM: Lunch based on your fishing efforts

2:00 PM: Continued instruction on improving your camp and stocking food and water

5:30 PM: Sunset dinner and overnight stay at the camp
Day 3
Resource Management and Farming

7:00 AM: Breakfast

8:00 AM: Instruction on camp management and resource protection

9:00 AM: Food procurement instruction, focusing on farming

12:00 PM: Lunch based on your day's harvest

2:00 PM: Continued instruction on improving your camp and managing your stock of food and water

5:30 PM: Sunset dinner based on your stock and overnight stay at the camp
Day 4
Final Survival Test

7:00 AM: Morning solo challenge with breakfast based on your stock

2:00 PM: Camp packing

3:00 PM: Late lunch with the C4 team

4:00 PM: Departure for Phnom Penh
