C4 WILDERNESS TRAINING EXPERIENCE
Learn how to live and camp in a tropical environment.
2 days to learn how to:
• Set up a camp and sleep in a tropical hammock under a tarp
• Master the basics of fire-making and bushcraft
• Acquire essential skills for living in the tropical wilderness

🥘 Included: transfers from Phnom Penh, meals, campfire evening, instruction led by C4 senior instructor

Tour official schedule
DAY 1
10AM: arrival at C4 Phnom Penh Base Camp, welcoming coffee and snacks, introduction to the site and instructors
10:15AM: instruction starts, presentation of the tropical environment, safety briefing, overview of the wilderness instruction program
10:30AM: equipment issue and explanation of essential wilderness gear, tarp, hammock, cordage and basic bushcraft tools
10:45AM: workshop, tropical hammock and tarp installation, participants learn how to select a safe camp location and properly set up a hammock system for tropical conditions
12PM: lunch break at base camp
1PM: instruction resumes, fire-making fundamentals, natural fire starting methods and safe fire management in tropical conditions
2PM: bivouac improvement tips and light bushcraft workshop, camp organization and resource management
3PM: water purification basics in a tropical environment
4:00PM: camp fire training, wood preparation and fire maintenance
5:00PM: individual final bivouac preparations, shower and evening outfit tips and practice
6:30PM: campfire dinner, shared meal prepared by local farmers
8PM: night briefing and rest, tropical hammock overnight experience under tarp in the jungle environment
DAY 2
7AM: wake-up and morning routine in camp, fire restart and camp organization
7:30AM: breakfast at camp and morning briefing
8:30AM: basics of navigation and orientation instruction, understanding terrain and movement in tropical wilderness
10AM: hydration break
10.15AM: jungle first responder instruction, learn the basic of emergency and injury management
11:15AM: jungle packing essentials, discover what you need with you at all times in the wilderness and how to manage your ressources
12:00PM: lunch break and rest
1:45PM: camp dismantling and leave-no-trace procedures, dismantling hammocks, cleaning the camp area and restoring the site
3:00PM: tarp instruction, final instruction on how can your tarp become the most efficient shelter in all situation
3.45PM: instruction certificate, group picture and departure
